ABOUT THIS PHOTOSHOOT Hase is a good choice if you prefer quieter neighborhood streets to Kamakura’s busiest sightseeing areas. Residential lanes, small shops, the Enoden, and the coast give this route a more everyday, local feel than the main tourist areas. Over two hours, we photograph around Hase’s streets, the Enoden line, and Hase Beach for a mix of neighborhood and seaside images. DELIVERY • 200+ edited photos • 12 retouched photos for one guest • 15 retouched photos for two or more guests • Private Google Drive download link • Edited gallery within 48 hours • Retouched photos within 14 days THE HANKA STYLE Rather than photographing only at landmarks, we focus on natural portraits and the atmosphere of the places you visit. The session is relaxed and natural, with simple guidance for movement and posing. Even if you are not used to being photographed, there is no need to worry. Along with portraits, we photograph the streets, seasonal scenery, and candid moments that give the gallery a natural sense of place. PHOTO LOCATIONS • Local streets in Hase • Residential lanes and everyday street scenes • Along the Enoden line • Hase Beach • Locations may change with the season, light and crowds MEETING DETAILS Meeting point: Hase Station Please arrive at Kamakura Hanka at your booked time to choose and change into your uniform. When ready, take the Enoden to Hase. Travel time is about 30 minutes. The photoshoot begins about 1 hour 30 minutes after your shop appointment. Your photographer will meet you at Hase Station for the 2-hour session.
Cancellation Policy
CUSTOMER CANCELLATIONS / CHANGES • Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 3 days before your reservation date. • Cancellation from 2 days before up to the day before: 30% of the plan fee will be charged. • Same-day cancellation or no-show: 100% of the plan fee will be charged.
Deposit Policy

A ¥2,000 deposit is required to secure your reservation.

We’ll settle the remaining balance at the shop based on the
plan you choose that day. -
Any difference will be charged or refunded as needed.

If you switch plans on the day,
we can adjust the total at the shop.
Estimated Time Required

School-uniform dressing: about 30 minutes

Kimono rental: approximately 45–60 minutes,
including selection, dressing, and hairstyling -
To ensure a smooth experience, we kindly ask that you
arrive on time.
Return Time

Rental items must be returned by 18:00 on the same day.

Late returns will incur an extension fee of ¥1,500 per hour.
You may also choose one of the following return options:

(simply place the items in the designated locker) -
Return by mail (an additional ¥1,000 overnight fee applies)

Important Notes

All kimono and accessories are delicate items;
please handle them with care during your experience. -
In cases of significant stains or damage,
cleaning or repair fees may apply. -
Please keep your valuables with you at all times;
we are unable to take responsibility for lost or unattended items. -
If you feel unwell during the experience,
please inform our staff immediately. -
If you are unable to attend your reservation,
kindly notify us as early as possible. -
Pregnant guests or those with limited mobility are encouraged
to contact us in advance so we may assist appropriately. -
Small bags may be stored on-site;
for large luggage, please use station lockers. -
Makeup services are not included,
but a self-service makeup touch-up area is available in the shop.
