Choose temples and greenery, Japanese streets, the Enoden, or the Shonan and Zushi coasts. After booking, your photographer will help plan a route that suits your preferred mood. More flexible than a themed kimono or uniform session, this plan is ideal for couples, friends, families and anyone who wants natural travel memories. 【DELIVERY】・200+ photos with basic color grading ・12 retouched images for one guest ・15 retouched images for two or more guests ・Delivered by Google Drive ・Full gallery within 48 hours ・Retouched images within 14 days 【THE HANKA STYLE】 The session is relaxed and natural, with simple guidance for movement and posing. Along with portraits, we capture the streets, seasons and spontaneous moments of your trip. 【CUSTOM ROUTE】 Your route can be designed around your preferred locations and style. We will consider travel time, season, weather and crowds, then confirm the final plan with you after booking. 【MEETING DETAILS】 Meeting point: Based on your custom route No in-store outfit change is needed. Meet your photographer directly at the confirmed location for the 2-hour session. Your meeting point and time will be shared in advance.

Cancellation Policy

CUSTOMER CANCELLATIONS / CHANGES • Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 3 days before your reservation date. • Cancellation from 2 days before up to the day before: 30% of the plan fee will be charged. • Same-day cancellation or no-show: 100% of the plan fee will be charged.

Deposit Policy

A ¥2,000 deposit is required to secure your reservation.
The final balance will be adjusted on-site based on your
selected plan
(any difference will be refunded or additionally charged).
If you wish to change your plan on the day of your visit,
our staff will be happy to assist with adjustments.

Estimated Time Required

JK Uniform Experience: approximately 30 minutes
Kimono Experience: approximately 45–60 minutes,
including selection, dressing, and hairstyling
To ensure a smooth experience, we kindly ask that you
arrive on time.

Return Time

Kimono items must be returned by 18:00 on the same day.
Late returns will incur an extension fee of ¥1,500 per hour.

Station locker return
(simply place the items in the designated locker)
Return by mail (an additional ¥1,000 overnight fee applies)

All experiences are primarily by advance reservation,
which can be made anytime through our official website.

If same-day availability remains,
you are also welcome to inquire via online booking or Instagram DM.

Online reservations: accepted up to 60 minutes before arrival
Walk-in visits: available if space allows
(advance inquiry recommended)
Changes or cancellations: please notify us as early as possible

Important Notes

All kimono and accessories are delicate items;
please handle them with care during your experience.
In cases of significant stains or damage,
cleaning or repair fees may apply.
Please keep your valuables with you at all times;
we are unable to take responsibility for lost or unattended items.
If you feel unwell during the experience,
please inform our staff immediately.
If you are unable to attend your reservation,
kindly notify us as early as possible.
Pregnant guests or those with limited mobility are encouraged
to contact us in advance so we may assist appropriately.
Small bags may be stored on-site;
for large luggage, please use station lockers.
Makeup services are not included;
however, a complimentary self-use touch-up area is available in-store.
